Membership is complimentary for all new members for the first year.

Annual dues after the first year are the lowest found in the Tri-County area and are structured so even the smallest businesses can become members.  The annual membership fees are based on number of employees:

• Interested Citizens                  $35
• One (1) employee                   $45
• 2-15 employees                      $70
• 16-50 employees                   $120
• 51 or more employees            $145     

Ribbon Cuttings for new members are attended by Board of Directors and City officials to help spread the word about your business. A photo of the Ribbon Cutting will be published free of charge in the Polo Tri-County Press, Oregon Republican Reporter, Forreston Journal, and Mt. Morris Times.

Certificates of Recognition are presented to members celebrating milestone anniversaries and announced free of charge in Ogle County Newspapers.

Marketing materials can be dropped off at City Hall at 115 S. Franklin Avenue for display and to be included in the Welcome Wagon bags.

A free listing of your business and link to your website will be posted on the Chamber website.

Special events are posted on the Chamber website calendar and published in the Chamber Chatter section of the Polo Tri-County Press.

Each quarter, our Business After Hours is hosted by a different business member and is the perfect opportunity to showcase your business.  It brings members together for interaction and networking opportunities.

Members may receive a membership list on request. Non-members are not entitled to receive this list.

Citizen of the Year and Carole Nettz Volunteer of the Year Award recipients are recognized at the Annual Dinner and members receive one complimentary reservation.

Polo Members are considered affiliates of the Oregon Area Chamber of Commerce and are eligible to receive additional benefits.  The Oregon Area Chamber of Commerce welcomes Polo members and offers 50% off membership dues to join their organization.  Go to www.oregonil.com for more information.
