The Polo City Council meets the first and third Monday of each month, unless a holiday falls on a Monday which the city honors, then the City Council meeting will be held on the following Tuesday.

The City Council Minutes will be published after City Council approval, which is generally two weeks after the actual meeting was held.

The Polo City Council agenda will be published the Thursday or Friday before each City Council meeting.
